The Edgewater Park neighborhood in West Ashley is on small island located at the very southern end of Wappoo Road next to the Intracostal Waterway. Edgewater Parks’ location, along the Intracoastal Waterway and among lush trees, lends stunning waterfront and wooded views to many of its luxurious homes. The wide variation in price range is due to the individual property’s views, proximity to water, and availability of private dock; and the home range in size from 1,200 to 6,000 square feet. During the past six months 3 homes have came on the market ranging from $315,000 to $1.750,000 and 1 home has sold during the same period for $597,000.
