The Air Harbor neighborhood in West Ashley is between Savannah Highway and the Intracostal Waterway south of the intersection of Savannah Highway and Stinson Drive just south of the West Ashley Greenway. The Air Harbor neighborhood is bounded on the north by the West Ashley Greenway, on the east by Cessna Drive, on the south and west by Culver Drive. The Air Harbor neighborhood has approximately 294 homes. The majority of the homes are traditional mid size brick ranch homes. Most of the homes are situated on small to mid size lots with some mature Live Oak trees. Air Harbor neighborhood consists of a combination of rental homes and homeowners.
The majority of the homes were built from the mid 1950’s to the early 1970’s. There are approximately 294 homes in the Air Harbor neighborhood today. The home values range from $100,000 to $200,000 and their size ranges from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet. During the past six months 5 homes have came on the market ranging from $115,900 to $199,900 and 7 home have sold, or are currently under contract during the same period ranging from $60,000 to $159,500.

Air Harbor is a quiet neighborhood, yet it is just a few minutes away from the heart of Downtown Charleston, West Ashley Shopping, close to the West Ashley Greenway, local beaches, I-526 and much more.
