The MacLaura Hall neighborhood in West Ashley is between the Ashley River Road and the Ashley River just north of its intersection with Bees Ferry Road. MacLaura Hall can be entered from Ashley River Road by way of MacLaura Hall Avenue. The MacLaura Hall neighborhood has approximately 108 homes. The majority of the homes are large new construction homes situated on nice size lots with mature Live Oaks. Home construction in MacLaura Hall neighborhood occurred from the1980’s through the 1990’s. The home values range from $300,000 to $600,000 and their size ranges from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. MacLaura Hall is a nice, quiet neighborhood with good access to I-526, yet it is just a few minutes away from the heart of Downtown Charleston, West Ashley shopping, dining, Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens, Drayton Hall, and much more.
