This 6.94 acre parcel is located within the city limits of the town of Ravenel. There is one small home situated on the front portion of the parcel near Rt. 17. This home is of no value however the seller will be removing several personal items prior to closing on the sale of the property. These items will be detailed in an addendum within 14 days of contract ratification. The town of Ravenel current zoning will not allow the construction of multi-family homes. Ravenel planning and zoning has stated that the parcel can be subdivided into single family homes with minimum one acre lots. There is a power line right-of-way across the front of the property near Savannah Highway and a larger power line right-of-way going across the property near the middle of the property. The property is zoned Agricultural-Residential.
